Volunteer in Peru

Hello everyone

Here I send you information about an opportunity to be volunteer in Peru.
They ask for a person who has been working in a developing country, you will work between 6 and 12 months as assistant for coordinators. They say that after that period, you can work for them as a coordinator for developing projects.
You should speak Spanish, intermediate or advanced level.

Being hard-working and having a passion for Sustainable Development.
Having a title of bachelor and/or graduate in Administration, Social Sciences (the alternative degrees will be considered).
Speaking Spanish in an advanced or intermediate level .
Having experience in management of projects.
Having lived and worked in a country that is in the process of development.
Being aware of the reality and the social history of Latin America.
Being a strong and healthy person, with availability to work in communities of remote places.
Keeping a positive attitude in each moment.

The NGO Nexos Voluntarios is looking for volunteers assisting the coordinators of projects, who directly work with the indigenous communities, in extreme poverty, from the province of Urubamba, Peru.
The geographical area is perfect for the ones who are looking for a better experience in implementation and execution of development projects, coordination of volunteers, realization of various communications tasks, logistic, writing of reports in a various and dynamic environment.
The voluntary work can take place from 6 months to 1 year. After the period, the person can get hired as a Coordinator of Projects, among the organization. The volunteer will receive accomodation and food 5 days a week, and a large opportunity to learn and gain experience in management of sustainable development projects.
The organization hopes that the volunteer begins to work in the middle of April.
